At Crafted by Vikrant, we strive to deliver high-quality creative, digital, and marketing services. Because our work is custom, creative, and often begins once the project is underway, refunds are limited. Please read the policy below carefully before committing to any service.
1. Applicability & Scope
- This Refund Policy applies to services purchased on or through our website or via a formal agreement (e.g., social media management, logo design, video editing, web/app development, content services, etc.).
- Once work begins (i.e. after the deposit, strategy formulation, or initial deliverables are delivered), no full refunds are possible except under exceptional circumstances.
2. Deposit & Advance Payments
- A non-refundable deposit or advance payment is typically required before we begin any project. This covers initial work such as research, planning, and resource allocation.
- The deposit amount is agreed upon in advance in the service agreement or proposal.
3. Refund Eligibility & Partial Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following limited conditions, at the sole discretion of Crafted by Vikrant:
- The client notifies us in writing within 7 days of purchase or signing the agreement and requests cancellation before any work has begun.
- If the delivered work has serious quality issues that we are unable to resolve through revisions or improvements.
- In the event of clear misuse or non-compliance from our side.
When a partial refund is approved:
- We will deduct the cost of any work already delivered, time spent, and expenses incurred.
- The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded via the original payment method.
4. No Refunds After Project Commitment
- Once the Client has approved designs, videos, scripts, or any deliverables, or after substantial work has been completed, refunds will no longer be granted.
- Projects featuring external costs (e.g., third-party licensing, stock media, printing, domain/hosting registration) are not refundable.
5. Revision Policy vs. Refunds
- Most service packages include a specified number of revisions; these should be used to make changes or request improvements.
- Clients cannot use the revision rounds as a basis for requesting refunds.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
- Refund approval is handled internally by Crafted by Vikrant’s management.
- Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method used by the Client, or via mutually agreed alternative.
- Processing and crediting time may take up to 7–14 business days, depending on payment provider and banking processes.
7. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Printing & Publishing Services: Once books or printed material go to press, refunds are not permitted.
- Third-Party Services & Subscriptions: Costs paid to external services (e.g. ad campaigns, hosting, domain registration) are non-refundable.
- Service Disputes: We commit to resolving disputes in good faith, but refunds in such situations remain subject to management decision.
8. Client Responsibilities & Communication
- Clients must provide timely feedback, approvals, and required assets. Delays caused by client-side inactivity cannot be grounds for refund.
- All refund requests must be made in writing to info@craftedbyvikrant.com, citing the reasons and documentation (if any).
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version published on our website at the time of service purchase will apply to that service.
